This atmosphere mesh belt furnace is suitable for continuous sintering of metal materials such as stainless steel and nickel in a protective gas/ammonia atmosphere.
FEATURES
★ The furnace frame materials are all made of national standard square tubes, angle steels, and plates, which are divided into sections for easy secondary installation and disassembly by users.
★ Adopting national standard square tubes, angle steel, and plates welded in sections to form a steel frame base for users to drag and place on site. At the same time, there are anchor bolts for adjusting the level: the furnace frame is solid and reliable as a whole.
The entrance and exit panels of the furnace frame are equipped with 304 stainless copper protective plates to prevent rust from contaminating the products.
★ Decorative panels for external kiln equipment, with a beautiful appearance and easy maintenance.
★ Furnace exhaust: There is a chimney with adjustable exhaust size, and the exhaust duct for waste gas is the responsibility of the user and installed on site.
★ All temperature zones are heated up and down, with good temperature uniformity
