Zhaoqing Honghua Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. plans to determine the construction contractor for our company's new R&D and production base project through an open tender process. Qualified bidders are welcome to participate. Details are announced as follows:

I. Project Overview

1. Project Overview: The proposed site is located on the north side of Zhaoqing Avenue in District 3, Duanzhou District, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province. The project plans to construct two new factory buildings, one dormitory building, and one gatehouse, with a total floor area of approximately 9,446.54 square meters.

2. Project Requirements: Based on current national standards and codes, and using construction drawings as the basis, the project will be contracted out on a turnkey basis for the new site, covering but not limited to pile foundations, building construction, structural work, and plumbing & drainage systems (including architectural plumbing & drainage, as well as municipal drainage), lightning protection, aluminum alloy doors and windows, and other related works. II. Bidder Qualification Requirements

1. Bidders must have independent legal status, be capable of independently assuming civil liabilities, and have been established for at least 3 years. They must provide a copy of their business license (or an equivalent document with legal validity), stamped with the official company seal.

2. Bidders must possess a Grade II or higher general contracting qualification for housing and construction engineering projects, providing a photocopy stamped with the official company seal.

3. Bidders must possess a valid safety production license.

4. Bidders at “The National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System” website is not listed on the List of Seriously Illegal and Dishonest Enterprises; nor is it included on the List of Seriously Untrustworthy Entities on the “Credit China” website. Please provide screenshots of the search results from these websites, duly stamped with the official seal (for domestically registered entities).

5. Bidders have had no economic, quality, or contractual disputes with the purchaser in the past three years.
