It is suitable for cutting electronic components. Two sets of CCD camera systems are used to visually capture the Mark line on the ceramic film (or other green film). According to the image data processing, the angle and position are calculated and accurately positioned. The ceramic film (or other green film) is cut into electronic component particles at high speed and high precision by using alloy blades.
